C-Care Hospitals & Clinics Mauritius is currently looking for an Doctor's Relations Executive.

Reporting the the General Manager, the Doctors Relations Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with consultant specialists, general practitioners (GPs), and referring physicians. The role supports physician engagement, enhances the referral network, coordinates doctor-related activities, and contributes to the hospital's growth by ensuring an excellent experience for affiliated and visiting doctors.

What you will be doing:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with consultant specialists, general practitioners, and referring physicians.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between doctors and hospital departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate the onboarding, credentialing support, orientation, and ongoing engagement of consultant doctors.
  • Organise doctor meetings, Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, networking sessions, and other physician engagement initiatives.
  • Address doctors' enquiries, concerns, and operational issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operations, and support teams to enhance the overall experience of doctors and improve service delivery.
  • Support initiatives aimed at strengthening referral networks and increasing patient referrals.
  • Monitor doctor satisfaction, gather feedback, and recommend service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of physician interactions, engagement activities, and referral trends.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations in all physician engagement activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in physician relations, healthcare business development, client relationship management, or hospital operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
