Head of People Performance and Reward

C-Care is currently looking for an experienced Head of People Performance and Reward to be based at C-Care Corporate Office, reporting to the Chief People & Continuous Improvement Officer.

Head of COE - People Performance & Reward

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organizational success and sustainability, through effective performance management and compensation programs. The primary goal is to maximise employee potential, while designing innovative rewards programs. 

What you will be doing?

• Drive the annual manpower planning and HR budgeting exercise for the group.
• Develop and implement performance management strategies to assess and improve performance.
• Bring best industry practices and design the processes & programs related to your Center of Expertise
• Analyse productivity metrics and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Define manning guidelines per department, based on best practices and benchmarks.
• Design and administer reward and recognition programs that motivate employees and are aligned with the organizational values and objectives.
• Manage reward and benefits packages to attract, retain, and engage top talents.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy throughout the group.

What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 10 years of working experience in HR, including at least 5 years at management level.
• Proven experience in performance management, productivity enhancement & rewards administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• A combination of strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse workforce across various countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of compensation practices and regulations
• Results-driven attitude and digital savviness, with a passion for maximizing employee potential.
