Emergency Clerk
Reporting to the emergency services manager, the selected candidate will have to assist nurses with clerical duties and collect all relevant data from patients, relatives and other sources, which will help nurses in delivering nursing care.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure proper arrangements for patients’ prior discharge from the clinic
- To respond to telephone calls promptly and politely
- Act as a receptionist in the ward
- Collect, transmit and communicate messages with external and internal customers
- Maintain and organize filling system in ward
- To ensure data entry on daily basis and undertake any type writing work
- To prepare and send daily ward census
Relevant Work Profile?
- Higher school certificate
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field
