Quality Management Trainee
Reporting to the Head of Quality and Service Excellence, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to assist the assigned team and handle special projects.
What you will be doing:
- To collect and report daily Trust Score in regards to out-patient and in-patient feedback
- To ensure informal complaints are handled and received via Patient Support Team.
- To assist the quality team in the day to day operations and administrative requirements
- To ensure that training records are kept up to date.
- To assist in the preparation of the monthly review of OKAO
What are we looking for?
Degree Holder – Management science-related, Marketing, Public Relations or any equivalent
- 1 year experience will be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, adobe and other relevant tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer care and service delivery.
- Excellent Organizing Skills
- Ability to handle difficulty situations
- Ability to meet deadlines and support the team
