Team Leader Nursing
Reporting to the nursing manager/ward manager, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
- Facilitate and improve the level of care in the respective department
- Train and coach both new recruits and old colleagues in order to standardize the level of practice within the department
- Liaise with the ward manager for ward roster
- Regularly check wards’ assets and report any fault to ward supervisor
- Deliver CHKS Training to the team
What are we looking for?
- Certificate/ Diploma in General Nursing
- Minimum 5 years
- Good leadership skills and critical thinking
- Decisions and solving problems
- Continuous learner
