Reporting to the Head of Inpatient Services, the job incumbent shall be responsible for managing and overseeing all food and beverage operations at Wellkin Hospital and other designated BUs.
What you will be doing:
-Day-to-day running of Food and Beverages operations
-Show adequate presence on the floor at key times, supervise and support the team where required, develop and manage relationships with internal and external clients
-Manage the POS software to ensure proper set-up and reporting
-Train and manage F&B staffs to desired standards and keep records of all training
-Perform one-to-one staff meetings and appraisals
-Maintain a safe and secure environment for both patients and staff by making sure that health and safety rules, food safety standards, and licensing requirements are followed.
-Ensure compliance with the CHKS requirement related to the department
-Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
- 5-10 Years Experience in catering management required with prior experience in healthcare industry
- Financial acumen, leadership and team management skills
- Sharp vendor and supplier management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
