What you will be doing:
- Receive the patients and do all the Admission procedures.
- Receive the patients and welcomes the visitors. Registers the patient.
- Checking the bill, Cashiering/ Billing, handling Cash as per the procedure.
- Enhance the value of services being provided by making the patient and the attendant comfortable and familiar with the hospital.
- Prepare, update, and circulate list of VIP patients regularly to top management getting admitted.
- Coordination with Insurance for Admission, OPD, Pharmacy, ER and IPD Bills.
- Coordination with Bed management team for allocation of beds.
- Manages the Planned admission and handles doctor’s schedules.
- Handle any complaints from a patient, visitor.
- Receives calls coming in the hospital and direct them where necessary as per the Call Handling procedures.
- Provide complete service to the patients.
- Handle Any other task or Project that is being assigned to for the Patient Care Services.
What are we looking for?
• HSC and a minimum of one year of experience in healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medical terminologies
• Ability to establish strong, collaborative working relationships with other stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
