C-Care is currently looking for Head of Retail Pharmacy to be based at C-Care Wellkin, Moka.
He/she will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of C-Care Wellkin and will lead the retail pharmacies across the island.
What will you be doing?
- The candidate will lead and manage the pharmacy teams across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance and high standards of care among the pharmacy staff
- Foster collaboration with the clinical teams within the different Business Units
- Oversee inventory and procurement of Pharmatical products
- Drive business development and growth initiatives
- Implement KPI tracking and performance reporting
What are we looking for?
- A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Registered as a Pharmacist with the Mauritian Pharmacy Board.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a retail pharmacy setting, including significant leadership and team management experience.
- Demonstrated success in business development, pharmacy operations, and commercial growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, drug safety, and pharmacology.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
