The Incumbent is responsible to provide complete administrative support to the patients and the medical and paramedical team including cost estimates and billing.
What you will be doing:
- Greeting of patients and professionally provide any assistance as may be required.
- Receive the patients and do all the admission procedures.
- Handle billing transactions including collecting cash and credit payments, and enter the cash receipts and assure correct allocations, distributions in accordance with the established protocol.
- To assist doctors in their daily secretarial duties and prepare all invoices/issue invoices to the customers in accordance with established procedures and updating customer files for ER/OPD/LAB/IP/PCR collection points patients and doctors
- Accurate registration, proper appointment, recording and updating of patient’s details.
- Reception and transmission of information by mail/fax to concerned parties.
