Dr Fees Clerk
What you will be doing:
- Perform and approve the allocation of fees to doctors
- Check allocation of doctors against remittance and approve on system.
- Prepare the statement of accounts of doctors.
- Process the bi monthly payment to doctors
- Follow ups of cheques drawn in favour of doctors
- Write off of any fees initially due to doctors
- Attend all queries from doctors and team members
- Check the statement of account of doctors prepared by other team members
- Enquire on all full or part outstanding amounts due to doctors
- Liaise with debtors’ team and insurance to clear any outstanding amounts due to doctors
- Help in the reconciliation of fees for doctors for past years
- Perform any duties as may be required by the head of department /manager
- Any other cognate duties related to your post that may be required by the Management
What are we looking for?
- School Certificate & Higher school certificate
- Good Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum 2-3 years’ of experience in related field
