Reporting to the Head of HR, the selected candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and HR support to the C-Lab team.
What you will be doing:
• Manage the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation, updating, distributing, and explaining company policies and procedures to new recruits.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files/databases and maintaining accurate employee records to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate the recruitment process for expatriate positions, including work/occupation permit and visa processing.
• Oversee all expatriate logistics, including coordinating housing accommodations, air travel arrangements, and comprehensive settling-in support.
• Monitor expatriate permit durations closely, coordinating timely renewals, extensions, or repatriation arrangements.
• Oversee the distribution and management of employee uniforms, ensuring compliance with uniform policies and standards
• Addressing employee concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborating with HR team to support employee engagement initiatives, including all welfare initiatives.
