C-Care, part of the healthcare cluster of CIEL Group, is a Mauritian private healthcare group, owning and operating the two main private healthcare facilities in Mauritius, namely C-Care Darné and C-Care Wellkin Hospital. C-Care also owns and manages C-Care Clinic and C-Lab.


C-Care is currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to be based at the corporate office in C-Care Wellkin.


Compensation and Benefits Analyst


Reporting to the Head of People Performance and Rewards, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure payroll governance, compliance, and consolidation across the Group.
  • Conduct compensation audits and lead benchmarking studies.
  • Update and refine C&B policies and guidelines twice yearly.
  • Manage employee benefits administration and vendor coordination.
  • Support annual HR budget preparation, ensuring cost accuracy and alignment.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, Finance, Accounting, or Budgeting.
  • At least 1 year of direct exposure to payroll management.
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS or payroll systems.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
