Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Manage demand plans for meals, snacks, and beverages for the hospital.
-π Forecast Demand using historical data, trends, and special requirements (e.g., dietary needs, seasonal changes).
-π€ Collaborate with procurement & kitchen teams to ensure timely product supply.
-π Adjust Forecasts regularly to avoid overstocking or shortages.
-π¦ Optimize Inventory to reduce waste and maintain stock balance.
-βοΈ Ensure the efficiency of the F&B supply chain while meeting cost and quality goals.
-π Provide reports on forecasts, inventory status, and supply chain performance.
-π Work with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
-π‘ Participate in cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and safety.
What You Bring:
-π A Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in demand planning, ideally in F&B or healthcare
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or planning tools.
-Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
