Pastry Cook

Reporting to the Senior Chef, the selected candidates will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods and desserts in a restaurant, bakery, or other culinary establishments. The role involves a combination of creativity, precision, and knowledge of baking techniques.


 What you will be doing:

  • Prepare ingredients for production of the day: washing and peeling vegetable, cutting, meat, mainly pastry preparation for patient, cafeteria and special pastry orders.
  • Cooking and preparation of the ingredients as per specifications.
  • Cleaning up of materials and utensils, together with table and equipment used.
  • Always ensure that hygiene is kept to a minimum as per standard required: hand washing, grooming, wearing of gloves.

    What are we looking for?
  • SC Holder/ NTC 3
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ of experience in related field
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry equipment, and ingredients.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment.
