Diet Supervisor
Reporting to the Team Leader Diet, the selected candidate will have the responsibilities as follows:
What you will be doing:
- Collect menu choices from patients according to the diet prescribed and likes and dislikes of patients
- Order patients’ menu to the Kitchen Chief
- Quality control of foods items being sent to patients
- Placing of food trays in the food trolleys
- Dish and cutlery stock control
- Supervise Kitchen Attendant
- Diet supervision
- Administrative duties as required
What are we looking for?
- SC or equivalent
- 6 months experience in similar post or field
- Knowledge in F&B and Food processing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
Location: Floréal, Mauritius.
