Reporting to the Finance Manger, the selected candidate will provide support on the finance team in day-to-day activities.
What you will be doing:
- Maintain a general ledger and accounting records of the Company
- Assist in preparing bank reconciliation statement
- Preparation of relevant schedules for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
- Active coordination with the team to ensure day to day good running of the department including account payables, billing, banking, receivables etc.
- Liaise with stakeholders such as bank, auditors & others
- Perform stock checks and report on variances at different locations
- Collecting cash from all the collection centres around the island
- Banking of the cash collected from the centres
- Prepare payment & maintain suppliers accounts
- Develop & maintain a filling system
What are we looking for?
- Degree holder (accounting or finance degree/diploma) or ACCA student.
- A private valid license
- Knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel skills and Ms PowerPoint.
- Effective organizational skills to manage diverse tasks.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the finance team and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
