C-Care International, part of the healthcare cluster of CIEL Group, is a Mauritian private healthcare group that owns and operates four healthcare facilities in Mauritius, namely C-Care Darné, Wellkin, Grand-Baie and Tamarin, and two hospitals in Uganda, C-Care IHK and IMC. C-Care also owns and manages 22 primary care Clinics and 55 C-Lab collection centres in Mauritius, Uganda, and Madagascar.


C-Care is currently looking for a Sales & Partners Relationship Manager to be based at C-Care Corporate Office, in Mauritius.


| Sales & Partners Relationship Manager

Reporting to the Head of Development, Marketing & Communication, the selected candidate will drive revenue growth locally and support international patient acquisition for Mauritius. This role combines local sales development with international business expansion across strategic markets such as Madagascar, Seychelles, and Kenya. Acting as a connector between internal teams and external partners, the Manager will promote C-Care’s medical services, build strong relationships with partners, and improve patient access and market presence while monitoring business development growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with insurers, referral partners, government bodies, and C-Care Group international brands.
  • Promote C-Care services locally and internationally with consistent and culturally adapted messaging in English and French.
  • Lead negotiations and contractual agreements with international insurance companies.
  • Promoting C-Care’s services to corporate clients, insurance companies, and medical tourism ecosystems
  • Aligning sales efforts and marketing materials with internal business units to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Coordinate and support Business Units sales teams and manage quotation requests.
  • Plan and supervise events such as health camps, including logistics, staffing, and on-site support.
  • Deliver sales training and support field visits with partners and insurers.
  • Supporting EXCO in engagements with Ministries of Health and managing responses to public tenders.
  • Supporting CME activities and public health initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs, automate dashboards, and lead monthly sales performance reviews.
  • Define CRM requirements, ensure adoption, and update internal sales-related SOPs.
  • Maintain databases of corporate clients, insurers, and partners.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, International Business, or a related field
  • 5-10+ years’ experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or international relations, ideally in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French
  • International exposure, particularly within African markets, is an advantage
  • Strong skills in CRM management and sales dashboard creation/monitoring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and Power BI (or similar tools)
  • Training or experience in negotiation, leadership, and contract management
  • Strong customer focus and partnership-building capabilities
  • Ability to influence, engage, and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strategic thinker with high integrity and a strong sense of accountability
