C-Care, part of the healthcare cluster of CIEL Group, is a Mauritian private healthcare group, owning and operating the two main private healthcare facilities in Mauritius, namely Clinique Darné and Wellkin Hospital. C-Care also owns and manages C-Care Clinic and C-Lab.
C-Care is currently looking for a Room Service Attendant to be based at Wellkin Hospital, Moka.
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
-Read production orders on colour-coded menu cards on trays to determine items to place on tray
-Prepare and delivers food trays to the patients in a timely manner and with high customer satisfaction
-Ensure strict adherence to customer service, safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties
-Handle patient’s feedback /complaint and report to the Supervisor(s)
-Ensure that a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers
What are we looking for?
-Minimum Secondary Education
-A minimum of 1-year experience in similar position
-Basic computer literacy
-Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills
-Attentive and patient with Customers (Highly Customer Oriented)
-Ability to work on pressure and shift system
