What you will be doing:
• Provide high standards of customer service (both service and cashiering duties) at Café and Canteen
• Ensure strict adherence to customer service, safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties.
• Checks with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and takes corrective actions where necessary.
• Always promotes upselling of food products
• Ensure that a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers
What are we looking for?
• Minimum Secondary Education
• A minimum of 1 year experience in similar position
• Basic computer literacy
• Good communication and numerical skills
• Customer focus and attentive to details
• Ability to work on pressure and shift system
