C-Care is currently looking for a Marketing Executive – Communications Support to be based at C-Care Corporate Office, in Mauritius.
| Marketing Executive – Communications Support
Reporting to the Head of Development, Marketing & Communication, the selected candidate will provide essential support to the Marketing and Communications department by assisting in campaign coordination, content and editorial management, event organization, and internal communication initiatives. This hands-on role is critical in ensuring that marketing and communication efforts are executed efficiently and in alignment with C-Care Mauritius’ strategic objectives.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Supporting post-campaign reporting, timeline tracking, and internal follow-ups
- Coordinating with PR and marketing agencies to ensure alignment on messaging and branding
- Proofreading, editing, and managing content to maintain quality and brand consistency
- Supporting the organization of internal and external events, including vendor coordination and logistics
- Assisting the HR and Quality teams in developing and implementing internal communication initiatives
- Participating in employee engagement campaigns and supporting staff communications
- Ensuring clarity and consistency in all internal and external communication materials
- Managing documentation and marketing records as part of operational support
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of communication processes.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing communications, content coordination, or campaign support
- Exposure to event organization and working with agencies is an advantage
- Previous exposure to event planning and working with external agencies is an advantage
- Strong understanding of marketing communications principles and practices
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, web, and email campaigns
- Good editorial, writing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to coordinate with external agencies (PR, marketing, event suppliers)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design or content management tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive and hands-on with a versatile approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable and solution-oriented
