HR Lead
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to lead the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources Department.
What you will be doing:
- To direct and monitor the implementation of all HR policies & procedures
- To assist in budget preparation, ensure that the clinic staffing levels are as per set budget
- To ensure that the recruitment & selection process is done on time
- To organise and plan the onboarding journey for new recruits
- To assist in the preparation of yearly training plan and ensure the full implementation of the training plan
- To ensure that all HR & Training reports are accurate, up-to-date and submitted within deadline
- To act as facilitator and assist the L&D department and ensure the smooth running of training sessions
- To be responsible of the Expatriate Management by coordinating permits/visas/air ticket/lodging of expatriates (For both new joiners & renewals of existing employees).
- To lead all HR Projects & Initiatives (Employee Engagement & Employee Committee)
- To support in the implementation of the Performance Management System.
- To handle all industrial relations cases, referring to the Head of HR for advice and guidance.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum a degree in Human Resource Management
- At least Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure
