HR Lead


Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to lead the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources Department.

What you will be doing:
  • To direct and monitor the implementation of all HR policies & procedures
  • To assist in budget preparation, ensure that the clinic staffing levels are as per set budget
  • To ensure that the recruitment & selection process is done on time
  • To organise and plan the onboarding journey for new recruits
  • To assist in the preparation of yearly training plan and ensure the full implementation of the training plan
  • To ensure that all HR & Training reports are accurate, up-to-date and submitted within deadline
  • To act as facilitator and assist the L&D department and ensure the smooth running of training sessions
  • To be responsible of the Expatriate Management by coordinating permits/visas/air ticket/lodging of expatriates (For both new joiners & renewals of existing employees).
  • To lead all HR Projects & Initiatives (Employee Engagement & Employee Committee)
  • To support in the implementation of the Performance Management System.
  • To handle all industrial relations cases, referring to the Head of HR for advice and guidance.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum a degree in Human Resource Management
  • At least Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work under pressure
