What you will be doing:
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry. trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the internal departments to customize solutions that meet the unique needs of corporate clients.
  • Participate in corporate events and networking opportunities to enhance the hospital visibility and brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline status.
  • Conduct hospital tours with potential and existing clients.
  • Carry out internal audits.
  • Assist the Corporate Sales Coordinator in preparing the MIS packs.
  • Contribute to the PAT.
  • Prepare credit applications and ensure files are complete.

What are we looking for?


• HSC or Diploma in Sales and proven experience in the sales department

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and CRM Software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• The candidate must possess have a valid driving license and have her own car.
