C-Care is currently looking for a Contact Centre Agent to be based at C-Care Wellkin Hospital.
Contact Centre Agent
The candidate will be responsible to provide complete administrative support to the patients and the medical and paramedical team
What you will be doing:
· Handle customer inquiries coming across all communication channels
· Route calls to right resources, including doctors, secretaries, other staff, where necessary
· Follow up customer calls where applicable
· Acknowledge and record patient complaints
· Conduct outbound calling activities (PSAT, cross-selling, new products/services, etc)
· Enter new patient information into the system and update existing ones where necessary
· Research required information using available resources
· Document all call information according to standard operating procedures (case management tool)
What we are looking for:
· SC holder minimum
· Sound knowledge of Office tools
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Enthusiastic, dynamic, team player
