Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate with clinical departments to identify and introduce required consignment items.
- Work with vendors to onboard new items with proper contracts and documentation.
- Ensure consignment terms are clearly defined (ownership, pricing, billing timelines, expiry rules).
- Maintain an updated master list of consignment items and related contracts.
- Manage consignment inventory including tagging, labeling, and system (ERP) updates.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and usage trends to optimize inventory rotation.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with ERP records.
- Review item performance and reduce unused or duplicate stock; identify items suitable for purchase model conversion.
- Ensure pricing compliance with contracts and resolve any invoice or billing discrepancies with vendors.
- Support billing, reporting, audits, and compliance by tracking usage, preparing reports, and ensuring policy adherence.
What we are looking for?
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in inventory, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Experience in healthcare or medical supplies preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Understanding of inventory and consignment stock management
- Good knowledge of procurement and contract compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and vendor management skills
- Ability to manage stock control, reporting, and audits
