Dishwasher
Reporting to the Senior Chef, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the Kitchen.
What you will be doing:
- Perform thorough cleaning of the main kitchen area.
- Clean all cookware, utensils, and serving plates.
- Handle cleaning of heavy kitchen equipment and tools.
- Clean the grill and oven thoroughly.
- Ensure regular and effective cleaning of the air extractor.
- Monitor and maintain personal hygiene standards at all times.
- Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of both the pastry section and kitchen throughout the day.
- Clean and sanitize the chill room and cold room.
- Properly place and arrange vegetables and fruits on designated shelves upon delivery.
- Remove kitchen waste bins regularly and dispose of waste properly.
- Wash and sanitize all bins after every use.
- Carry out any other related duties as may be assigned, in line with the daily operations of the kitchen.
What are we looking for ?
- Minimum form 4.
- Minimum 1- 2 experience in similar post.
- Food Handler’s certificate.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit.
