C-Care is currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to be based at the Corporate Office, in Moka, Mauritius.
HR Assistant
Reporting to the HR Manager – Corporate Office, the selected candidate will provide vital support in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a positive mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate job postings, manage job portals, and support interview scheduling
- Assist in on boarding and confirmation processes to ensure a smooth integration for new hires
- Draft and manage HR documents, including contracts, offer letters, and termination letters
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date and accurate
- Handle general employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist in collecting and verifying payroll and attendance data
- Maintain training and development records and monitor onboarding requirements
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics
What are we looking for?
- A Diploma Holder or bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – empathetic, positive, and discreet
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Sicorax, Alfred, Freshteam, LMS or T&A systems is an advantage
